Can movies succesfully transition comic books from movies.
Here is a list of movies that were made from comic books, whether they were successfull or not!
Electra: Jenifer Garner plays a badass bitchy super hero. It was not bad but seemed less intense than most superhero movies, and she was under par for most of the movie, I was unsure whether she could carry an action feature film as the lead, she failed in my eyes.
Spider Man: great!! Created very well as well as keeping its interesting story line, film after film, though the second film was slightly disapointing.
Dare Devil: My least favourite super hero movie probably because of the acting, mainly from Ben Affleck. He has gayface.
Iron Man: Tony Stark, suffered a severe heart injury and was kidnapped he was forced to build a lethal weapon. He instead created a suit of power armor to save his life and help protect the world as Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr is supberb as Stark.
X-Men: I thought the movies were fantastic, they had emotion and great amazing action scenes.
Transformers was actually made first as a comic, than the t.v show and then the old generation 1 movie came out. Then the 2007 action packed feature film was released which was amazing, as well as a sequel due out in 2009.
Fantastic Four: SHIT!!!!!!!!! It has Jessica Alba in it which should give you a hint as to the caliber of the movie.
As this blog actually says Can a movie succesfully transition comic books from movies.
first of all it depends on the directors depiction of the comic book and the way they will interpret te story, i personally think they caqn but it depends on the directors, actors, setting, and the actual story
